“Now, this is a home I could raise my family and spend countless hours entertaining.”

When I first saw the interior of this home, I was immediately drawn to the wall of windows in the living area. The ‘wow factor’ of the sweeping staircase, the pristine condition of the hardwood floors, the clean cut character of the moldings, the spacious open floor plan. I thought to myself, “now, this is a home I could raise my family and spend countless hours entertaining.”

I can envision preparing and serving breakfast every morning in the large kitchen on those beautiful granite countertops and formulating my weekly meal plans. I can visualize where I’d place tiers of food for guests while entertaining  and how I’d create the perfect tablescape for sit down dinner parties in the dining room.

With that enormously functional open floor plan, I can add numerous seats and tables to accommodate friends and family for holiday gatherings!

I can hear the pitter patter of the kids’ feet making their way down that grandiose staircase on Christmas morning and the tree strategically placed in the center of that wall of windows.

I can see my husband carving the Thanksgiving turkey at the kitchen island before guests arrive and I would finally have a space to myself in that front room of the house where I can write that book I’ve always wanted.

The backyard would be the perfect area for the kid’s playground, hosting neighborhood bbq’s and making smores over a roaring fire in the pit.
I imagine spending those hot Georgia summer afternoons at the community pool reminiscing with friends and neighbors.
Ohhh…and that master bedroom dream closet, “please, sign me up!” All of the bedrooms have loads of space, I even know exactly which bedrooms the kids would choose for themselves.
Yep, this is the ideal home to raise my family. However, as luck would have it, we are relocating and this dream home of mine will soon generate those same feelings and envisions that I had, for another grateful family.
If you too, can envision your family in this gorgeous home, with plenty of space for your family and guests, I would arrange a tour of this home as soon as possible, as it will not be on the market long.
